Day 1 new plan

OK I found a new plan!! Whoo Hoo It's called Body Camp Challenge.
So for the next two weeks.... It's NO carbs, No Sugar which is good. I can have meat, cheese, eggs, veggies. Sugar free jello and fudge bars and other foods I can't remember right now.
But since about the only veggy I like is green beans. I might have to go out on a limb and try something new!
Also, we are having a Biggest Loser Competition at work. So there's a little bit of an incentive for me.
I think I can handle this. It's only 2 weeks. I'm a big girl and that's not very long....
