I really have to find a good diet to follow... I am just not in the mood! :0) Don't really know what I'm going to do.
But summer will be here eventually and I would like to be ready for it. Feel comfortable wearing capris and sleeveless shirts. But I need to get in gear.
I always do this. I search high and low for the diet for me. And then I last one whole week and then I blow it. Which is really just wasting time and coming up with excuses, like Spring Break is here and Ryder's b-day party is here, why would I start a diet now???? With all that good food to eat.
I hate to admit it but I might just have to go back to following Weight Watchers, I know it works and I can eat anything. Oh man... I just need to do something. I have a very physical job and it's get rather diffucult when my stomach gets in the way of bending over. HA
So I'm on a quest to find the right diet for ME! I was even thinking of counting calories.....Hum I,must ponder that.

Monday Boo Hoo
Well I had a great week and lost a bit over 3 lbs. Then Sunday come along and I thought I was doing OK, I had my cocoa with skim milk and this morning I did not lose an ounce. That is really shitty. And makes me want to eat. So far today I have been fine. So we will see....

Whoo Hoo Day 4 w/Jorge!!!
Wow I made it to day # 4, now for me lately that is fantastic. I don't know how many Monday's I started some sort of diet program.

Forgot my Atkins Drink so
4 sasauge patty's (0/0)
which was good because 2 hrs after my blood sugar wa 168, which for me is great.
So I guess to many carbs in the drink.

Crackers (0/1)
Cream Cheese (0/0)
Dinner: 6/2

My goal is to stay under: 15/6
Sugar=15 grams Carbs=6 servings & stay away from processed foods, white bread, most fruits. No artifical sweetners. I use Stevia for my cereal and tea.

Uncle Sam Cereal (0/2) w/Almond Breeze Unsweetened Milk(0/0)=0/2~This is not my favorite but it is quickI only ate 1/2 so it's 0/1
Lunch:
Ham Sand- Bread (2/1) Ham (2/0) & Mayo (0/0) Cup of Soup (1/1) =5/2
Snack:
Pirate Booty (0/1) 1 oz bag= 0/1
Dinner:
Egg (0/0) on toast (2/1) with butter (0/0) & bacon (0/0)=2/1
Snack:
Cracker(0/1) butter (0/0)=0/1
I forgot to check my blood sugar this morning, so I will check it around noon before lunch.
Drink lots of water and maybe just maybe go for a short walk... At least to clear my head

Finally decided...
I'm going to start back on Jorge Cruise Belly Fat Cure Monday morning. Looking forward to it, because I am feeling rather crappy eating so much junk. Last time I only managed to stay on the program for one week. And I lost 8 pounds and my pants were much looser. So my short short goal is to stay on program for 2 whole weeks! And of course keep on going. It's so easy to follow and healthy for you. All you do is count sugar and carbs. 15/6--15 grams of sugar and 6 serving of carbs.
Count straight sugar grams
and for carbs servings:
0-4 gram = 0 servings
5-20 grams = 1 servings
21-40 grams = 2 servings
41-60 grams = 3 servings
You shoot for 5 grams of sugar and 2 servings of carb per meal. And two 0/0 snacks. Pretty simple
and as with any program drink lots of water. Jorge doesn't like you to have any artificial sugars, no sugar free pop...All you really have to do is read food labels and you're set. Of course it helps to also know, that fruit is super high in sugars and so is milk. Lots of hidden sugars, that why reading labels is very important.

Stop dragging my feet
Well first I have write up some menus, then I have to go shopping. And before all that I need read up on the Weight Watchers Points Plus, it's all different so I must get in gear. My starting date will be Monday... that's always a good day to start a diet plan. I think on Sunday I will make that zero point soup and make up a few other things to have on hand. Being prepared is 1/2 the battle.

March Already?
Well I have been laying around trying to get better. First I pulled a rib muscle on my left side and right when that was feeling better my right side starting hurting. 2 weeks later I can say I am starting to feel better.
So now I need to start foucing on my poor eating habits and getting my blood sugar under control. I have come to the conclusion that I need to first focus on losing weight and then my blood sugars will drop automatically. So far I have been following a very low carb diet and I can't stick to it, because high protien taste sick after a few days.
So tomorrow it back to counting points!
