I'm going to start back on Jorge Cruise Belly Fat Cure Monday morning. Looking forward to it, because I am feeling rather crappy eating so much junk. Last time I only managed to stay on the program for one week. And I lost 8 pounds and my pants were much looser. So my short short goal is to stay on program for 2 whole weeks! And of course keep on going. It's so easy to follow and healthy for you. All you do is count sugar and carbs. 15/6--15 grams of sugar and 6 serving of carbs.
Count straight sugar grams
and for carbs servings:
0-4 gram = 0 servings
5-20 grams = 1 servings
21-40 grams = 2 servings
41-60 grams = 3 servings
You shoot for 5 grams of sugar and 2 servings of carb per meal. And two 0/0 snacks. Pretty simple
and as with any program drink lots of water. Jorge doesn't like you to have any artificial sugars, no sugar free pop...All you really have to do is read food labels and you're set. Of course it helps to also know, that fruit is super high in sugars and so is milk. Lots of hidden sugars, that why reading labels is very important.
