My goal is to stay under: 15/6
Sugar=15 grams Carbs=6 servings & stay away from processed foods, white bread, most fruits. No artifical sweetners. I use Stevia for my cereal and tea.

Breakfast:
Uncle Sam Cereal (0/2) w/Almond Breeze Unsweetened Milk(0/0)=0/2~This is not my favorite but it is quickI only ate 1/2 so it's 0/1
Lunch:
Ham Sand- Bread (2/1) Ham (2/0) & Mayo (0/0) Cup of Soup (1/1) =5/2
Snack:
Pirate Booty (0/1) 1 oz bag= 0/1
Dinner:
Egg (0/0) on toast (2/1) with butter (0/0) & bacon (0/0)=2/1
Snack:
Cracker(0/1) butter (0/0)=0/1
I forgot to check my blood sugar this morning, so I will check it around noon before lunch.
Drink lots of water and maybe just maybe go for a short walk... At least to clear my head
