Well I have been laying around trying to get better. First I pulled a rib muscle on my left side and right when that was feeling better my right side starting hurting. 2 weeks later I can say I am starting to feel better.
So now I need to start foucing on my poor eating habits and getting my blood sugar under control. I have come to the conclusion that I need to first focus on losing weight and then my blood sugars will drop automatically. So far I have been following a very low carb diet and I can't stick to it, because high protien taste sick after a few days.
So tomorrow it back to counting points!
I am excited for you that you are going to start counting points, it is really working for me. I wish it were working faster though.
