Wow I made it to day # 4, now for me lately that is fantastic. I don't know how many Monday's I started some sort of diet program.

which was good because 2 hrs after my blood sugar wa 168, which for me is great.
So I guess to many carbs in the drink.

Dinner: 6/2
Wendy's Chili (6/2)
Cocoa 3/0
Total 9/3
Weigh in day is Monday....Plus I measured my waist.
